I designed a flex PCB on KiCAD. My experience ordering PCBs with PCBGogo has been wonderful. I found it easy to navigate, make and track orders on their website. The customer service, via website and email, are really good resources because of their quick response and ability to resolve issues customer's may encounter. For instance, after my order, I noticed on the invoice, I had repeated some info on my shipping address. I informed them of the issue on Friday after business hours, and on Monday early morning, the issue was resolved and the invoice automatically updated on my account. The order also came in well-packaged with no damages to the PCBs.

Multipurposes flat-flex circuitThe project was multi-pins 16 tracks flat-flex circuit, one layer, for multipurpose application. Service quality was satisfying. I check the surface finishing, tracks geometry and assembly goodness through optical microscope and everything is fine. Conductivity point to point on copper tracks is high and reproducible. Accuracy towards original quotes of the gerber is perfectly adequate for my purposes. The whole quality of the production is absolutely fine. Also the communication during machining and production steps was good and customer oriented. Finally, the delivery was the fastest I ever seen. Les articles sont bien hiérarchisés, les encadrés informatifs, et la lecture se fait sans effort. Le choix des couleurs est apaisant, favorisant la concentration.
