I had a 128mm by 112mm high-density double-sided 2oz copper board (10 thou track and gap but also some heavy power rails) made by PCBgogo. It's the first time I used them but I went on some other good reviews of the company. The design review took about 1 day, the production and packaging about 3 days and delivery was less than 1 week via DHL. The boards look excellent - 1um ENIG and black solder resist with a white legend layer. The finish is superb. My PCB package hides the parts of the legend layer where top copper is as if to warn you that you shouldn't really be expecting a legend layer to silkscreen nicely over the height variations on the board (I've experienced this in reality too). But I've got to say, the silkscreen legend layer over 2oz copper is perfect and undistorted with the very finest levels of detail I wouldn't have thought possible. The board is very nicely made - clean, smooth edges with flawless tracks and through-holes everywhere. The plating is perfect too. I've built a number of boards now and every one has worked first time. I've even had to rework a board (my own fault) and I can tell the 2oz copper build is robust enough to stand heavy reworking if necessary. Overall, I'm extremely impressed with the definitive quality of the boards and the service this company provides, which is pretty rapid even for their standard processing times considering they are in China and I'm in the UK. I've gone back to them for another (but simpler) PCB design since this one, and I'm planning to use them again after this too as the whole process has been completely flawless for me.
