EasyEDA PCB Manufacturing experiences?
1538 1 Dec 16.2019, 17:29:37

Hello,
I am looking to have a number of large boards (around 490x125mm ~ 19x4.8 in) manufactured and found EasyEDA via.The boards have been designed in KiCad, so I'm not looking to use their EDA, but I am interested in their PCB manufacturing.
Does anyone have some experience with them? I found a topic from earlier this year but not much info on the actual manufacturing was discussed.
Thanks!

Comparatively they are good, but also just check with other options for your EDA. Get more reviews from the customer who had an experience from them.

For a board that large, I’d check the manufacturer’s maximum panel dimensions and tooling requirements first. A 490 × 125 mm board is quite different from a standard prototype, so things like panelization, flatness, lead time, and shipping can matter as much as the quoted PCB price. I’d also compare a couple of manufacturers rather than relying only on EasyEDA’s service. PCBCool is another option worth checking for larger or custom PCB orders, especially if you want to compare the DFM review and overall delivered cost.
